Returns

  1. As our products are fully made by hand, slight variations may occur. These minor imperfections give these products a soul and add to their charm.
  2. Additionally, given the exclusive nature of our products, we mostly have one of each kind at a time.
  3. As these items are intricately designed, they require a reasonable amount of care while handling or transporting.
  4. Therefore, we request you to apply your best judgement while seeking returns or cancellations.
  1. If you change your mind about something you have bought from us, you can cancel your order within 14 days from the day you have received your order.
  2. To exercise the right to cancel, please email hello@studiofirdaus.com with details of your purchase and your decision to return the item(s).
  3. Your purchase must be unused and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a refund. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning unwanted items. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held accountable for returned items that do not reach us or arrive damaged.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Providing the returned items are in the same condition we sent them, we will send your refund back to the original payment method.
  1. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you have a right to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please get in touch with us via hello@studiofirdaus.com as soon as you discover the fault. Please include full details and images of the faulty items.
  2. Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for declaring an item faulty.
  3. Once we have received the required information, we will send you a returns postage label; please print this, attach it to the original packaging and return the item as per the instructions sent with the label.
  4. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will send a full refund to the original payment method.
  1. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit during their return.
  2. All purchases are checked and photographed before dispatch to minimise fraudulent claims. We will never dispatch a faulty item from our premises. We always check items against the condition we sent them in, and if they are not the same, we reserve the right to refuse an unwanted return.
