We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), and we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
We deliver across the UK.
We do not offer international shipping directly through the site at the moment. If you are based outside the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at hello@studiofirdaus.com, and we’ll be able to send you a custom quote.
We provide a tracking number with each order so you can follow your package’s journey.
Items are posted using a tracked courier service which typically deliver your items within 2-3 working days. Sometimes there might be unforeseen delays for reasons beyond our control. Our team will be there to assist you in such cases.
